Through a suite of programs—Technopreneurship 101, Regional Innovation Training (RIT), Scholars Technopreneurship Training Program (STTP), and SHE++ Empowerment Program for Women in Tech—TechED fosters innovation-driven education that empowers students, scholars, and communities to turn ideas into impact.

SHE++ Empowerment Program for Women In Tech
She++ Empowerment Program for Women in Tech is a 10-month capability-building program designed to prepare and empower 1,600 female university students from five local colleges and universities in the National Capital Region for careers in technology. In partnership with Wells Fargo, this initiative provides a holistic learning experience through immersive workshops, masterclasses, and mentorship sessions led by top industry experts.
Technopreneurship 101
Technopreneurship 101 is a subject written and crafted by PhilDev, that encourages science and engineering students to explore their entrepreneurial and R&D career paths. The class is based on PhilDev’s entrepreneurship modules which cover topics such as introduction to entrepreneurship, idea creation, feasibility and differentiation, market validation, and business planning and execution. Technopreneurship 101 is implemented by CHED across all 539 HEIs that offer engineering programs in the Philippines.
Regional Innovation Training (RIT)
The Regional Innovation Training (RIT) program strengthens agro-enterprise development in rural areas under the Rural Agro-enterprise Partnership for Inclusive Development and Growth (RAPID Growth) Project. In partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI-BIPI), RIT promotes sustainable livelihood, employment, and enterprise creation in rural communities through innovation training and economic empowerment.
Scholars Technopreneurship Training Program (STTP)
The Scholars Technopreneurship Training Program (STTP) in Cagayan de Oro is a seven-month capacity-building program designed to train Science Education Institute (SEI) scholars in technopreneurship, design thinking, and business venture development.
