On February 03 to 05, incubator managers and personnel from university-based incubators nationwide joined a workshop on incubator management to learn about the experiences, best practices, and tips on running a technology business incubator.
PhilDev’s Entrepreneurship team spearheaded the three-day workshop where participants learned how we support startups and social enterprises in the Social Impact Accelerator from pre-incubation support down to the additional services we provide to help them scale up their business and social impact. The goal of the workshop is to help incubator managers streamline the services they provide to startups so they can efficiently use their resources in their incubator. The workshop also aims to help managers develop an incubation work plan that they can integrate in their incubator’s operations manual.
